Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using the havenahq.com website and any custom subdomains operating under the *.havenahq.com routing system (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by HavenaHQ.

By accessing or using any part of the Platform, whether as an account creator (“Host”) or as a website visitor (“Traveler”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Scope

HavenaHQ provides custom subdomain routing and digital layout builders. We are NOT a booking agency, reservation portal, or financial escrow system. All bookings, room availability checks, deposits, and coordination occur directly between Hosts and Travelers via external communication channels.

2. Account Usage & Integrity

Hosts must provide accurate profile details. You are fully responsible for maintaining your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to list property media. Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading stay listings are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension.

3. Subdomain Allocation Rules

Subdomain URL names must not infringe on third-party trademarks or registered company names. We reserve the absolute right to rename or reclaim subdomains that violate trademark guidelines or mislead travelers. Deleting a subdomain puts it into a 10-day quarantine.

4. Subscription Fees and Automatic Renewal

Havena Pro features are offered under a flat-fee subscription structure (Monthly: ₹499/mo per page, or Annually: ₹4,999/yr per page). All fees are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

5. Limitation of Liability

We do not accept liability for business booking losses, reservation double-bookings, or payment disputes negotiated outside the Platform. The Platform services are provided on an "as is" basis.
